Editorial Guidelines

YHEMT accepts original tech articles that provide genuine value to readers. These guidelines define our content requirements, link policy, and quality standards. All submissions are reviewed against these criteria and Google Spam Update 08/2026 requirements before publication.

Content Requirements

Articles must be original, technically accurate, and written for a tech-literate audience. We do not accept promotional copy, press releases, or thinly disguised advertisements.

Word Count

800 – 1,500

Substantive content that covers the topic in depth without unnecessary padding.

Links Allowed

1 per Article

One contextual dofollow link placed naturally within relevant content.

Daily Limit

3 per Author

Rate-limited submissions prevent bulk content and maintain editorial quality.

Authentication

Google OAuth

Verified identity ensures author accountability and prevents anonymous spam.

Accepted Topics

YHEMT is a tech-focused platform. Submissions must fall within the technology domain.

Link Policy

Backlinks published on YHEMT are editorially reviewed. Each link must add value to the reader and be contextually relevant to the article content.

Why this policy matters: Google's Spam Update 08/2026 specifically targets unnatural link patterns — bulk guest posting with exact-match anchors, links from irrelevant content, and link schemes. YHEMT's single-link, editorially-reviewed model ensures every backlink is contextually earned, not manufactured.

Prohibited Content

Submissions are processed through server-side HTML sanitization. Only safe HTML elements are permitted.
